• Productivity-Based Compensation:Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee

• Efficient Workload:With 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities, plus the support of a GI Hospitalist for inpatient coverage, you’ll have a well-balanced schedule that lets you enjoy your life outside of work.
• Call Coverage:1:4 coverage with your addition in Henderson only.
