About Us:

• OLIVIA Professional Solutions helps U.S. home care businesses scale through highly trained Filipino Virtual Assistants. We’re a fast-growing, mission-driven company founded by a Filipino-American healthcare entrepreneur.

Offer Begins at:
  • PHP 75,000 per month (Philippine Peso)

  • 40 hours per week

Duration:
  • 1-2 Months (Contract) with possibility for extension

Start Date:
  • ASAP

Schedule:
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Time tracked by Hubstaff

Location:
  • Remote | 100% Work From Home

  • Are you a results-driven automation and systems pro with deep experience/expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL), Zoho, AirTable, and n8n/Zapier? We are looking for a contract-based Automation & Systems Specialist/Expert to help streamline and scale our internal systems.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Audit current workflows across GHL, AirTable, Zoho CRM, and n8n/Zapier.

  • Manage full data migration from our outgoing CRM to our new CRM and other related databases.

  • Build and optimize automations for lead nurturing, client onboarding, reporting, task management, and communication across platforms.

  • Integrate third-party tools to streamline our employee deployment process and customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, Director of Operations, Managers, and the core team to ensure systems align with business goals.

We’re Looking For:
  • Proven ADVANCED experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, customization, automation, reporting, workflows, email/SMS campaigns, pipelines, dashboards, affiliate portal, etc.).

  • Strong Zoho expertise, especially in Data Migration.

  • MASTERY in building custom automation workflows using n8n or similar no-code/low-code platforms.

  • Proven experience in handling AirTable.

  • It's a plus if you’ve worked with service-based or staffing/outsourcing businesses.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, clarity, and speed are a must.

  • Tell us about your experience with GoHighLevel. What are your strongest areas, weakest areas, and how would you rate your skill level from 1 to 5?

  • Are you familiar with n8n and/or Zapier? If yes, what types of workflows have you created?

  • What is your experience with Zoho? Please include any data migration projects you’ve handled.

  • Are you familiar with Airtable? If yes, what systems or workflows have you built with it?

  • Share the most complex automation you’ve ever built (GHL, AirTable Zoho CRM, n8n or Zapier). What made it complex?

  • When collaborating with multiple technical issues in different areas, how do you prioritize?

  • What is your usual process for testing, debugging, and documenting your automations?

  • Tell us about a time when an automation broke or caused issues. How did you diagnose and fix it?

  • How fast do you learn new systems, and how do you ensure you meet deadlines when handling multiple tasks?

  • This is a 1 to 2 month project-based role (may extend if necessary), work hours are between 9 AM to 5 PM EST (US Eastern Time) and may require overnight work if you're based in the Philippines. Are you comfortable with the schedule and setup?

  • Kindly share where you're currently located and if you have any current clients that you work with.

  • We've shared that our offer rate starts at PHP 75,000 per month (Philippine Peso) at 40 hours per week. Please let us know your thoughts on this.
