Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables
• Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
• May help with light prep work
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Willingness to work quickly and follow instructions
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to staying until tasks are fully completed

Physical Requirements:

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended period of time
• Ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds
