This role is responsible for performing end-to-end accounting activities, supporting accurate and timely financial close processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements,and delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making;This role will provide business partnership and functional expertise to internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and provides insightful analysis through structured reports and ad-hoc tasks, and contributes to global finance alignment and transformation efforts.
"Accounting Operations
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with USGAAP, IFRS, Eaton policies and local statutory requirements.
Support transitions and migrations.
Prepare financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
Reporting
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all reporting deliverables.
Process Improvement & Standardization
Support identification of automation and process improvement initiatives
Support department activities related to process improvements and standard work.
Support ERP implementations and changes (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Collaboration & Service Delivery
Partner with managers, controllers, and cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
Support team members, train new employees, and share knowledge.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Maintain internal controls, including SOX compliance.
Safeguard assets and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
Awareness of and adherence to all corporate and financial policies and procedures
Support internal and external audits & BSR quality review.
Building Organizational Capability
Support building organizational capability
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning."
Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
More than 3 years’ accounting or financial analysis related work experience
"Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
SAP or Oracle knowledge will be beneficial"
"Good language capability in both verbal and written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to take responsibility and deliver results
Good communication skills"
