Hire5 is partnering with a leading international AI studio to recruit participants for a large-scale AI training project. The studio develops AI-powered visual content and technology used by audiences and businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia, reaching millions of people worldwide.
This is a remote, paid opportunity that can be completed entirely from home in less than 30 minutes.
Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly capable of understanding human emotions, facial expressions, and non-verbal communication. To improve these capabilities, AI systems need high-quality training data that reflects how real people express emotions in everyday life.
As part of this project, participants will record a short video demonstrating a series of facial expressions and emotional reactions, such as happiness, surprise, curiosity, confusion, thoughtfulness, and other natural human expressions.
You can think of it as a simplified version of motion-capture technology used in animation and gaming—except no specialized equipment, studio, or technical experience is required.
Many applicants ask whether their face will appear publicly or be used in videos. The answer is no.
Your submitted video is used solely for AI training and dataset creation. The final AI-generated outputs do not contain your original footage, photographs, or likeness. The technology learns patterns from the data and generates entirely new synthetic content that cannot be traced back to individual participants.
Your video will not be published, distributed, or used as public-facing content featuring your identity.

Our recruitment team reviews submissions and selects participants who meet the project requirements.
Selected participants receive instructions and access to the AI studio's recording platform.
Using your smartphone, follow the in-app prompts and record the full sequence of required expressions and reactions.
The process is straightforward and typically takes less than 30 minutes.
Once your submission passes the project's quality review process, payment is issued according to the agreed compensation terms.
To qualify for payment:
The full recording must be completed from start to finish.
All required expressions and prompts must be recorded.
Videos must meet the project's quality standards.
Incomplete submissions, skipped sections, or partially recorded videos cannot be accepted or compensated.
Participants receive a fixed payment in USD upon successful completion and approval of the full video submission.
Compensation details will be shared directly with selected applicants before they begin the recording process.
