Tu misión será realizar la contratación del transporte según la programación de transporte realizada en el sistema en base a los objetivos marcados por los Supervisores de Planificación de Transporte
Tu día a día en Mahou San Miguel
Confirmar la asignación de pedidos con los transportistas propuestos por el sistema.
Realizar la contratación de transporte, gestión de franjas, asignación de matrículas en en el sistema y realizar el seguimiento camiones de las delegaciones.
Notificar asignaciones y negociar con transportistas en caso de que pongan trabas a la realización de dichas rutas. En el caso de no ser viable, identificar otro transportista inicialmente entre los fijos y habituales, para la realización de la misma. De no existir ninguno disponible contratar en el mercado ‘spot’ respetando las directrices de la compañía.
Asignar el transporte en la herramienta y transferir dichas asignaciones a JDE para su posterior preparación y envío a cliente.
Revisar los pedidos de forma previa a la planificación y realizar el seguimiento y control de envíos del día.
Conocer las condiciones de servicio a clientes con el objetivo de la realización de concesiones en la negociación.
Reportar actividad al Supervisor de Planificación de Transporte.
Apoyar puntualmente al equipo de trazabilidad y seguimiento.
