Buscamos un Analista BI para impulsar el desarrollo de la capa informacional del banco y aportar valor directo al negocio y a la dirección. Su misión será transformar datos —estructurados y no estructurados— en conocimiento útil que permita entender mejor el negocio, el mercado y nuestros clientes, así como identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.
La persona seleccionada formará parte de un equipo transversal y tendrá un rol clave como analista end‑to‑end, combinando análisis ad‑hoc, automatización de procesos, definición de KPIs, construcción de dashboards y participación activa en la migración de nuestros procesos y proyectos al entorno cloud.
