O Gestor de Ética e Conduta é responsável por liderar, implementar e supervisionar o quadro de Ética e Risco de Conduta do FNB Moçambique, promovendo uma cultura organizacional assente na integridade, transparência, responsabilidade e foco no cliente.
A função assegura o alinhamento com o Código de Ética e Conduta do FNB Moçambique, os requisitos regulamentares aplicáveis, incluindo os emitidos pelo Banco de Moçambique, as políticas do Grupo FirstRand e as melhores práticas internacionais de gestão de risco de conduta.
O titular da função desempenha um papel fundamental na proteção dos clientes, preservação da confiança no sistema financeiro e mitigação dos riscos legais, regulamentares, operacionais e reputacionais decorrentes de comportamentos inadequados.
Num ambiente em constante evolução tecnológica, a função também é responsável por avaliar e apoiar a gestão dos riscos éticos e de conduta associados à digitalização, inteligência artificial, automação, utilização de dados, proteção da informação e novas formas de interação com clientes.
