Relevant directement du directeur général Canada, le ou la gestionnaire SIOP sera responsable de diriger le processus SIOP canadien, incluant la planification de la demande, la planification des stocks, la coordination des achats, l’exactitude des prévisions ainsi que la coordination de la planification interfonctionnelle. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations, des achats, de la fabrication, de la gestion de produits et des finances afin d’assurer l’alignement entre la demande des clients et les capacités d’approvisionnement, d’optimiser les investissements en inventaire, d’améliorer les niveaux de service et de soutenir une prise de décision basée sur les données à travers les opérations canadiennes.

It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a SIOP Manager, based out of our Canadian headquarters in Laval, QC. Reporting directly to the Canadian General Manager, the SIOP Manager will lead the Canadian SIOP process, including demand planning, inventory planning, purchasing coordination, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional planning cadence. The role will work closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Finance to align customer demand with supply capability, optimize inventory investment, improve service levels, and support data-driven decision-making across the Canadian region.

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or operations, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of successfully leading SIOP or integrated business planning initiatives.
