Vous piloterez des initiatives multidisciplinaires combinant recherche, technologie, développement logiciel et production de jeux. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour transformer des idées ambitieuses en solutions concrètes qui améliorent l’expérience utilisateur et les capacités des équipes créatives. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction IA et des équipes réparties entre l’Amérique du Nord et l’Europe. Vous contribuerez à créer des équipes performantes, autonomes et capables de produire des résultats exceptionnels. Dans un environnement international, innovant et en constante évolution, vous aurez également l’occasion de remettre en question les pratiques existantes et d’introduire de nouvelles approches.
