For the modernization and extension of the Automated People Mover of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, we are for a Requirement & Configuration Manager.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Requirements and Configuration Management within a complex turnkey systems environment. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary and international teams on the Belgrade Metro project, contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale rail system.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading both Requirements Management (RM) and Configuration & Change Management (CCM) activities in line with Alstom processes and methodologies. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, systems engineering, quality, and project stakeholders to ensure proper requirement allocation, traceability, configuration control, and controlled change implementation.
You will act as a key guardian of contractual and technical requirements, ensuring data quality and consistency across tools and lifecycle phases, while supporting baseline definition and change control to secure project integrity and compliance.
• Leading the Requirements Management and Configuration & Change Management processes on the project
• Producing and maintaining the Configuration and Change Management Plan
• Applying CCM procedures, instructions, and templates
• Supporting the setup and use of RM and CCM tools
• Defining and maintaining configuration baselines
• Managing and prioritising Change Requests
• Acting as the guardian of contract integrity
• Driving engineers in requirements development
• Ensuring data quality and consistency in RM databases
• Managing requirements changes across the lifecycle
All about you
• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering roles
• Practical experience in Requirements and Configuration Management
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles
• Experience with RM tools (e.g. DOORS)
• Experience with CCM tools (e.g. ProjectWise, ClearQuest)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Fluency in french and English
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
