Le ou la gestionnaire des opérations d’affaires, Évaluation et services-conseils Canada, relève du directeur général principal — chef des opérations, Canada. Ce poste interagit avec la plupart des fonctions au sein de l’activité d’évaluation et de services-conseils, notamment avec la direction générale, les responsables de marché, les évaluateurs, les équipes des finances, les coordonnateurs régionaux, les administrateurs régionaux, les spécialistes de la facturation ainsi que les coordonnateurs de l’administration de projets. La personne titulaire du poste travaillera également avec les équipes des opérations corporatives, de la comptabilité, des ressources humaines, des affaires juridiques et de l’administration de Newmark.
En collaboration avec les autres gestionnaires des opérations d’affaires de l’équipe Évaluation et services-conseils, cette personne est responsable de l’orientation et de la coordination de l’ensemble des activités non liées au marché. Cela comprend la gestion globale et le soutien fonctionnel des activités d’évaluation, notamment certaines activités de ressources humaines ainsi que les fonctions de coordonnateurs régionaux et de facturation, d’administrateurs régionaux et de coordonnateurs de l’administration de projets.

The Business Operations Manager, Canada Valuation and Advisory reports to the Senior Managing Director - Head of Operations Canada. This role interacts with most functions within the Valuation and Advisory business including Executive Leadership, Market Leaders, Appraisers, Finance, Regional Coordinators, Regional Administrators, Billers, and Project Administration Coordinators. It will also interact with Newmark Corporate Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and Administration. In conjunction with the other Business Operations Managers within the Valuation and Advisory business, this position is responsible for the direction and coordination of all non-market-oriented activities for Valuations and Advisory, including the overall management and functional support activities within Valuation such as certain HR activities, and the Regional Coordinator/Biller and Regional Administrator/Project Administration Coordinator functions.
