Le ou la Gestionnaire de comptes – Opérations est responsable de la gestion des relations clients, de la performance opérationnelle et des résultats financiers d’un territoire assigné. Agissant comme principal point de liaison entre United, ses clients et les sous-traitants, cette personne veille à l’excellence du service, à la fidélisation de la clientèle, à l’efficacité de la main-d’œuvre et au respect des normes opérationnelles.
En étroite collaboration avec différent département, le ou la Gestionnaire de comptes – Opérations anticipe les besoins des clients, résout les enjeux opérationnels, contribue à la croissance des revenus et soutient le recrutement et la rétention d’une main-d’œuvre performante.
