Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de Comptes Clients pour accompagner une clientèle internationale B2B (CAC40 / Fortune 500) dans l’industrie des technologies et services internet.
Vous serez le point de contact principal des clients, chargé(e) de répondre à leurs demandes, de proposer des solutions et d’assurer un service de haute qualité. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour garantir la sécurité et la gestion des portefeuilles de noms de domaine et d’actifs numériques.
Une expérience en relation client (retail, hôtellerie, tourisme, services ou restauration) est valorisée. Une formation complète et un accompagnement sont prévus.
