Ce que tu accomplis

  • Tu assures un accueil téléphonique de qualité et renseignes les clients sur des questions liées à la gestion des cas d’accident.
  • Dans cette activité, tu réponds aux demandes des clients via les divers canaux de communication (téléphone, mail, courrier, e-services, portail clients).
  • Tu documentes les requêtes, effectues la mise à jour des données et traites les pièces entrantes (déclarations d'accident, certificats d’incapacité de travail, etc.).
  • Tu t'engages en faveur de l’amélioration continue des processus.


Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu as une formation commerciale et/ou d'agent relation client niveau CFC et disposes d’une première expérience professionnelle en assurance.
  • De langue maternelle française, allemande ou italienne, tu parles couramment une 2e langue nationale.
  • En tant que personnalité avenante et orientée service, tu es très à l’aise au téléphone et apprécies le contact client.
  • Tu as de la facilité avec les technologies de l’information et de la communication.
