Anforderungen

  • Dynamische Schulleitungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in pädagogischen Organisationen
  • Führungsperson mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz, einem Blick für die Schule als Ganzes und einer guten Portion Humor
  • Fähigkeit, das positive Arbeitsklima und das kleine Lehrerinnenteam zu pflegen und zu unterstützen
  • Offenheit für die gelebten Dorftraditionen

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion

Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns

State Chancellery

The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
