  • Connect & care: Guide guests through calls and emails, making every interaction feel easy and personal.
  • Personalize the magic: Recommend upgrades, excursions, or hidden gems that make trips unforgettable.
  • Stay on top of it all: Keep guest info up-to-date in our CRM, follow processes, and help us improve as we go.
  • Grow & glow: Learn from feedback, share ideas, and help make every part of the journey better — for guests and teammates.

  • You speak and write German fluently (C1+ level)
  • You’ve got travel or sales experience and love creating “wow” moments
  • You’re a quick learner who thrives on feedback and challenges
  • You stay cool under pressure and bring solutions, not stress
  • You’ve got a can-do mindset, love working with people, and enjoy hitting (and smashing!) targets

What’s in It for You

Work hard, play harder and get rewarded for it.

  • Earn more as you grow: Base salary from 1675. EUR per month (gross) + monthly commission: the more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Recharge time: 6 extra paid days off, because balance matters.
  • Stay healthy: Sports compensation or extra health insurance = win-win.
  • Keep learning: Language support, personal development, and ongoing training.
  • Travel perks: Staff discounts for Hurtigruten voyages, yes, you can literally cruise to the Arctic.
  • Office vibes: Friendly, fun, and international. Sauna, gym, coffee, events, we’ve got it all.
  • Events that slap: Summer Days or Christmas parties, Health Month, and more.

Next Stop: Your New Adventure

If you’re ready to bring your energy, curiosity, and travel passion to a place that actually feels alive, then Hurtigruten might just be your next big journey.

Start date: ideally 02.11.2026.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (EU work permit required)
