Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced German Team Lead for our Energy Audit Deutschland team based in Sofia. This leadership role involves overseeing and guiding a dedicated team focused on energy audit projects within the German market. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Energy Audit Deutschland team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards
- Coordinate and oversee energy audit projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and project delivery
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project progress
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and quality
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in energy audit or related fields
- Strong knowledge of energy auditing processes and standards
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a fully paid relocation package
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
