As a Training Instructor, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality training programs for both internal teams and external clients. You'll play a key role in helping learners confidently adopt new tools, technologies, products, and evolving digital solutions while continuously improving the learning experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands IT support environments and enjoys sharing their expertise with others.

What you'll do

  • Deliver engaging training programs for internal employees and external clients in German.

  • Lead training initiatives for new tools, technologies, products, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation features within your area of responsibility.

  • Facilitate internal training sessions covering product knowledge, Service Desk operations, Digital Workplace solutions, sales processes, desktop tools, technology systems, applications, client service, and enterprise initiatives.

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help participants strengthen their skills and confidence.

  • Support external clients with the installation, adoption, and effective use of products and applications.

  • Tailor training content and delivery to meet the specific needs of different audiences and learning styles.

  • Adapt your training approach in real time based on participant engagement and feedback.

  • Continuously explore innovative training techniques and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training materials, methodologies, and programs.

  • Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training delivery.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Fluent German, both written and spoken, is essential.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • ITIL certification and a solid understanding of IT Service Management processes.

  • Proven experience delivering training in a corporate or client-facing environment.

  • Experience working in a Service Desk, End User Services, or Digital Workplace Solutions environment is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of IT support processes, end-user technologies, workplace tools, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Experience adapting training materials and delivery styles to suit different audiences.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
