Job Description

Your role – the engine of our growth

As one of Sendify’s first German-speaking SDRs, you’ll be the one creating momentum
Your mission is to find, contact, and qualify new business opportunities, and fill the pipeline with high-quality leads for our Sales Executives.

This is a high-energy, high-output role You’ll be expected to maintain a very high level of daily activity, primarily through cold calling and outbound prospecting

What you’ll do
  • Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market.

  • Make a high volume of cold calls every day, and turn conversations into booked meetings.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline quality.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to optimize handovers and conversion rates.

  • Continuously track your activity and results in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Work towards ambitious weekly and monthly KPIs – and celebrate your wins with the team! 🎯

  • Have no problem picking up the phone again (and again!) – cold calling doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.

  • Are structured, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Speak German (native or fluent) and English fluently.

  • Are based in Gothenburg, Sweden, or are open to relocating.

Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR work

  • Have used HubSpot or similar CRM tools.

  • Have worked in SaaS, tech, or logistics

  • Speak Swedish.
