Work with hiring managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region)
Contribute to high-volume recruitment in Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Account Management
Enjoy a dynamic, collaborative work culture with international colleagues
Talent Sourcing Find top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Screening & Interviews Conduct pre-screening calls in German & English
Recruitment Coordination Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes
Candidate Pipeline Build a database of pre-qualified talent
Employer Branding Support branding efforts in the DACH region
Collaboration & Data Management Work with hiring teams via Slack, Salesforce, and ATS tools
Fluent German & English (written and verbal)
13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing
Knowledge of the DACH recruitment market is a big advantage
Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, MS Office, and Google Docs
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable
Bonus: Passion for employer branding and storytelling
