Responsibilities
- Provide payment support to German-speaking clients
- Assist with payment processing issues, transaction inquiries, and billing questions
- Document and track customer interactions accurately using support systems
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and technical teams to resolve issues
- Identify potential payment fraud or discrepancies and escalate accordingly
- Stay updated on payment systems, security protocols, and financial regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in payment support, FinTech, or financial services is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial information
- Customer-oriented mindset with proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with payment platforms and financial software is a plus
