As a Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to German-speaking customers with their inquiries and challenges related to Fitbit products, ensuring they have a positive experience with our devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding Fitbit products and services
• Educate customers on product functionalities and user best practices
• Document customer interactions systematically in our support systems
• Collaborate with technical departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Encourage customer engagement by providing helpful insights and solutions
• Maintain professionalism and friendliness in all customer communications

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in customer support or technical roles is preferred
• Deep interest in fitness technology
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Experience with customer support tools and platforms is a plus
