Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure professionalism and empathy in all customer communications
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written. Native level proficiency is highly preferred.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
