Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for their Lisbon office.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. You will be part of a dynamic, international team working to resolve enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive customer experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Role

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in German

• Provide clear, accurate and friendly support for product, billing and technical questions

• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions

• Escalate complex issues to specialised teams and follow up to ensure resolution

• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM

• Meet and exceed quality, productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs

• Contribute suggestions for process improvements and share customer feedback internally

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a multicultural environment

Your Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or BPO is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong empathy and patience

• Ability to handle multiple channels and tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using Google Suite, MS Office and CRM tools

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
