What the roles are about

You will support customers from the German-speaking market - your mission: guide people professionally, understand their needs, and ensure a positive customer journey.

You will learn quickly, develop valuable service skills, and strengthen your communication abilities across different channels.

Your daily responsibilities include.

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

What you bring

• Fluency in German
• Good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Good Computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
