• Share market feedback and customer insights with management
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes
• Maintain professionalism and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Good English skills
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
• Interest or knowledge of the gaming/digital entertainment industry
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and able to work in an international environment
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
