Fixed-term contract until August 2027. This role is offered on a part-time, fixed-term contract until August 2027, working 4 hours per day in the mornings.
The Customer Supply Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders, system set-up, service reporting and operational coordination across our German retail customers and partners.
You’ll help manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for German B2B customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, fulfilled in line with forecast and inventory expectations, and managed with clear communication across internal teams, customers and 3PL partners. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining customer masterdata, supporting launches and in-store retail shipper activity, helping resolve supply issues, and delivering strong service levels across the region. You'll be:
Entering orders accurately into our ERP system & reviewing and approving EDI orders
Managing orders in line with forecast and available inventory, identifying and escalating risks proactively
Setting up and maintaining customer masterdata, including pricing, SKUs and other relevant information across Huel and partner systems
Ensuring a high level of system accuracy across customer and product set-up
Acting as the first point of contact for our German 3PL and German sales team, connecting them into the wider operations team where needed
Responding to queries from customers, sales teams and 3PL partners
Supporting monthly in-store retail shipper display forecasting and working with the sales team on new display configurations and operational set-up
Supporting launch readiness for new customers, new products, promotional activity and range changes
Reporting on weekly and monthly service level performance, highlighting issues, trends and actions
Supporting KPI and performance reporting across fulfilment and service level metrics
Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business

Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Ideally 1+ year of experience in supply chain, customer supply, customer operations or a similar role which involves administration/data entry or customer service
Confidence using systems and learning new tools quickly, ideally with ERP experience such as NetSuite
Comfortable working with master data and maintaining a high level of accuracy across systems
Comfortable interpreting data, reviewing forecasts and using information to support decisions
Able to attend meetings confidently and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
A quick learner who can pick up new processes and systems efficiently
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues
Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of day-to-day priorities
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
