Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering personalized customer solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries for German-speaking clients
- Provide customized solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions offered
- Identify service improvement opportunities based on client feedback
- Support onboarding and training for new clients
- Keep abreast of company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered
