As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with our German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring that their experience with us is excellent. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German and English via multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure satisfactory resolutions to customer challenges
- Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings and promotional initiatives
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centered mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
