In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. Your professionalism and dedication will help foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in German and English via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
- Stay informed about products, services, and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in German, and proficiency in English, is required.
- You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.
- An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
