Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to questions regarding our products and services with clarity
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues
• Provide detailed information about product features and updates
• Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on all offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Experience with customer support tools is an advantage
