Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client in the FinTech sector. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to financial products and services.

Your fluency in German will be essential for helping clients navigate our platforms, understand financial transactions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships in the rapidly evolving world of financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding financial product inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, transaction issues, and general inquiries about our services
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience
• Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in our product offerings and service quality
• Stay up-to-date with developments in FinTech and emerging financial products

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complex inquiries
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the finance or technology sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in financial technology and helping customers with their financial needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
