Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proficient German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Automotive Department. In this vital position, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and concerns related to our automotive services. Your fluency in German will be essential for enhancing customer experiences and ensuring their satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, helping them navigate our automotive offerings and providing solutions to their questions. Your expertise and professionalism will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive services
- Assist clients with service bookings, product information, and troubleshooting issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries
- Educate customers about available automotive products and services
- Gather feedback from clients to help enhance service quality
- Participate in training to stay informed about the latest automotive developments
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize efficiently
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a desire to provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and experience with CRM software is an advantage
