
As a Customer Logistics Support Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.

• Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams
