Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented German Speaking Customer Consultant to join our Online Services Department. As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with service-related questions. Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking clients with queries regarding our online services via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues related to online products and services and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Educate clients on product functionalities, features, and best practices
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and support processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in key online services technologies
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or online services sector is desirable
