Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Manage inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Offer advice and product knowledge to enhance client understanding
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance your skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in customer care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
