As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and fosters a positive user experience. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe online environment. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about content management, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
- Identify inappropriate content and take appropriate actions to address violations.
- Document moderation actions and contribute to analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve moderation procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and content moderation policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on user satisfaction.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace changing guidelines.
- Open to relocating to Malta and being part of a supportive team.
