Key responsibilities

  • The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.

  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service expertise
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Strong communication skills in German, Oral and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
