Join our Recruitment team in Portugal and help us bring the talent on board that makes space exploration possible. You’ll recruit a diverse range of profiles across different functions, working closely with hiring managers and colleagues across Beyond Gravity.

Your Mission

As a Recruiter at Beyond Gravity, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate assessment to offer and onboarding preparation. You will partner closely with hiring managers and P&C colleagues to attract and select the right talent for our business while ensuring a positive candidate experience and an efficient, compliant and high-quality recruitment process.

You will combine proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to build talent pipelines and support Beyond Gravity’s growth. In this role, you will recruit across different functions and locations, contribute to employer branding activities and support recruitment-related P&C projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for external hires, from intake with the hiring manager through to offer and handover to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles and ensure timely preparation and publication of job advertisements in SuccessFactors.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, social media and other relevant channels.
• Conduct CV screening, screening calls and interviews based on role requirements, company guidelines and applicable legal requirements.
• Plan and coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct the HR part of interviews and, where required, participate in additional interview stages depending on the role.
• Organize and facilitate candidate assessments using Beyond Gravity assessment tools and methods, such as OPQ, Verify or other relevant assessments, and provide meaningful feedback to hiring managers.
• Support salary alignment within the approved range and in line with Beyond Gravity benchmarks.
• Maintain clear, timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical profiles and conduct talent mapping for critical business areas.
• Support employer branding activities, recruitment fairs and other talent attraction initiatives together with the relevant P&C stakeholders.
• Contribute to P&C projects related to recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
• Provide the P&C Generalists team with complete and accurate information required for onboarding, including work permits, ITAR documentation, GTS checks and other relevant forms.
• Ensure a high level of data quality and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Your Story

You bring solid recruitment experience and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment where you can make a direct impact on the business. You are a strong communicator, build trust easily with candidates and hiring managers, and are confident in managing the recruitment process from beginning to end.

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent / Native German Speaker
• 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an international or industrial environment.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SuccessFactors, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the confidence to challenge and advise hiring managers when needed.
• A candidate-focused mindset and the ability to build relationships and successfully engage talent.
• An affinity for recruitment as a sales-driven activity, with the ability to communicate the Beyond Gravity mission and attract suitable candidates.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• Experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing or other technical profiles.
• Experience working with psychometric or candidate assessment tools such as OPQ or Verify.
• Experience with talent mapping, proactive sourcing or employer branding activities.
