The offer

• Using different channels to attract the candidates
• Speaking with managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening CVs
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• In charge of conducting company assessments
• Doing reference checks
• Coordinating interviews with managers and executive team
• Ensuring staffing goals are met
• Maintaining relationships with agencies, universities, and industry representatives.
• Conducting reports and weekly meetings

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR or related
• Experience in the field
• People oriented
• Focused on attention to detail
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Able to represent the brand at all times, enliven the culture and be a true ambassador
• Quick in reactions, good in planning, able to work under pressure.
• Any extra language is a plus!
