Job Title: German Customer Support Representative

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a German Customer Support Representative to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours for this role are flexible, but may include evening or weekend shifts. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office in 6th of October City, Egypt.
