Job Description

Join an international customer support team where your German language skills and problem-solving abilities will help deliver excellent customer experiences. This role focuses on providing support and advice to clients while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with order-related questions, refunds, and account issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Maintain high-quality service standards while managing multiple tasks.
Suggest improvements based on recurring customer issues.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer support experience preferred, online or face-to-face.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
  • Comfortable working in a team-focused, dynamic environment.
