Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone calls, email and chat in a professional and efficient manner
- Deliver outstanding service by understanding customer needs and resolving inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships of trust with customers through clear, open, and engaging communication
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and systems
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling quotas and service standards
- Accurately document all customer interactions, process account-related requests, and maintain proper records
- Strictly adhere to communication guidelines, procedres, and policies especially when managing sensitive customer data
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1 - C2)
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
