As a German Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from German-speaking customers and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize company systems and resources to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work on-site at our 6th of October City location
