You are fluent in German and English and would like to work from home in Spain? YOUR ROLE

  • Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
  • Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
  • Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
  • Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • German proficiency with fluent English skills.
  • Customer orientation with a passion for service and assisting customers.
  • Professional experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Technical skills with proven MS Office knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work remotely from home, Monday to Sunday.
