Geriatrician – Join a Leading Academic Health System in Rhode Island

Kent Hospital, a 360 bed teaching hospital, part of Care New England, a top non-profit health system in RI and southeastern MA, is seeking a Geriatrician to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team.

Who Are You:

  • BC Internal or Family Medicine
  • BE/BC in Geriatrics (dual certification in Palliative Care preferred)
  • Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead interdisciplinary rounds on our ACE Unit using the Age-Friendly 4 M’s model of care
  • Provide hospital wide consults for common geriatric syndromes to help the primary team manage patients
  • Optional outpatient clinic for older adults located adjacent to Kent Hospital
  • Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives
