We arelooking for a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialized medical care for elderly patients, addressing their unique health challenges and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for geriatric patients.
- Manage complex chronic illnesses and coordinate care to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of aging.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive health, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in geriatric medicine through continuous learning.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine.
- Valid and active medical license to practice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in geriatric medicine or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of age-related illnesses and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
