
Objetivo da Função:
Liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação da estratégia de execução das categorias para clientes regionais de Modern Trade e E-commerce(que representam 25% da companhia). O desafio envolve a gestão de calendários promocionais, monitoramento de indicadores e a conexão estratégica entre os times Comercial, Marketing e Execução para garantir o crescimento dos canais.
Responsabilidades:
Gestão de Execução:Criar e monitorar prioridades de execução regional (preço, visibilidade, inovações, etc.).
Calendário do Cliente:Desenvolver calendários de ativação alinhados à estratégia de Trade e Gerenciamento de Categorias (KH).
Foco em Resultados:Garantir o cumprimento do plano de sell-oute propor planos de ação para eventuais desvios.
Gestão Orçamentária:Controlar o orçamento de D&A (Descontos e Abatimentos) e comercial.
Planejamento Integrado (IBP):Implementar planos trimestrais conectando as prioridades da categoria aos planos comerciais.
Parceria Estratégica (JBP):Liderar discussões de planos anuais com os times de vendas para garantir a "Foto do Sucesso" no ponto de venda.
