RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

Gerenciar a implementação do sistema de folha ADP eXpert e garantir ao cliente a melhor experiência em termos de qualidade, atendimento e prazos

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Executar a comunicação do projeto, garantindo aos membros da equipe o perfeito entendimento do escopo, etapas e prazos, bem como dos recursos humanos e materiais a serem alocados.
• Planejar a implantação do projeto a partir de informações de escopo, cronograma, riscos, qualidade e comunicações.
• Integrar as atividades do projeto, controlando a execução das atividades da equipe e garantindo a entrega das etapas planejadas no prazo e no padrão de qualidade ADP.
• Acompanhar o andamento do projeto, os indicadores de produtividade e comparar as etapas executadas versus planejadas, utilizando ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos (PMI).

REQUISITOS

• Ensino superior completo
• Experiência em gestão de projetos
• Experiência no segmento de TI é um diferencial
• Inglês avançado para conversação
• Comunicação fluida e assertiva
• Gestão de tempo
• Organização
• Gestão de risco e conflitos
• Bom relacionamento
